Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using this website and requesting e-commerce services from CIQMON CORP (“CIQMON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the information and request forms on this site. A specific project begins only when CIQMON and the client agree to a written scope, fee, schedule, and any additional service terms. Please read these Terms before submitting an inquiry.
1. Services and scope
CIQMON offers online store setup, Shopify configuration, catalog organization, listing and product page work, store audits, conversion and customer journey reviews, foundational search optimization, email marketing setup, analytics configuration, consulting, and monthly store support. Descriptions on this website explain general service categories. A written proposal or service agreement identifies the actual deliverables, platforms, pages, quantities, access, approvals, timeline, and exclusions for each engagement.
We may recommend that a client begin with an audit or a narrower scope if the information provided does not support the requested work. We do not promise to accept every inquiry. Work involving outside platforms requires the client to have the necessary accounts, permissions, subscriptions, and rights to the content supplied.
2. Website prices and proposals
Prices shown on the services section are the listed fees for the stated service categories: Store Setup $1,200; Catalog Setup $500; Listing Optimization $350; Store Audit $450; Conversion Optimization $900; Shopify Configuration $1,000; Product Page Design $400; SEO Setup $750; Email Marketing Setup $600; Customer Journey Optimization $800; Analytics Setup $550; Store Management Support $850 per month; and Consulting $175 per hour. Taxes, third-party software, advertising spend, platform subscriptions, additional pages, and work outside the agreed scope are not included unless a written proposal says otherwise.
The applicable fee, billing milestones, and any tax treatment are confirmed before paid work starts. Sending the website form is a request for information, not a purchase, reservation, payment authorization, or guarantee of availability. A proposal may clarify assumptions and update the scope before acceptance.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information and timely access to the store and other approved tools, including relevant product content, brand materials, account permissions, feedback, and decisions. Clients remain responsible for their own products, pricing, claims, inventory, shipping, customer service, legal notices, tax settings, and compliance choices. Clients should review and approve content and configuration before publication. Delays in access or approvals may shift an agreed timeline.
4. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Changes to an agreed scope, additional revisions, urgent work, and extra services require written agreement on any adjusted fees and timing. The proposal or service agreement controls cancellations, rescheduling, monthly support notice periods, and refunds for that project. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees for work already performed and non-refundable third-party costs remain due; unused prepaid amounts for work not yet performed are evaluated against the written agreement and applicable law. No website form alone creates a right to immediate performance or a particular refund amount.
If a client believes an invoice or deliverable is incorrect, they should contact us promptly with the project details so we can review the concern. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Delivery and results
We aim to deliver the agreed work with reasonable care and communicate material changes to the plan. Store results depend on factors outside our control, including the products, traffic, pricing, competitors, customer behavior, platform changes, and the client’s decisions. We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, search rankings, advertising performance, or any particular commercial outcome. Advice, audits, and recommendations are based on information available when they are prepared.
6. Intellectual property and access
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. A written agreement determines ownership or licensing of paid deliverables. The client represents that it has the rights needed to provide product images, text, trademarks, account access, and other materials for the agreed work. CIQMON may use its general methods, experience, and tools in future projects without disclosing confidential client information. We do not claim ownership of client accounts or third-party platforms.
7. Confidentiality and data
Project access and non-public business information should be used only for the agreed purpose. Specific confidentiality, access management, data processing, and deletion arrangements may be included in a written service agreement. Personal information sent through the website is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
8. Website use and third parties
You may use this site to learn about CIQMON and submit genuine inquiries. Do not interfere with site security, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to overload the site. The website may rely on Shopify and other services. Their availability, terms, and technical behavior are controlled by their operators. Links in the Legal section lead to CIQMON policy pages; any later project tool is governed by the relevant provider’s terms.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CIQMON is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of this informational website. Any limits that apply to paid services must be stated in the applicable written agreement and remain subject to non-excludable legal rights. Nothing here excuses intentional misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and questions
We may update these Terms when our website or services change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes to an existing paid engagement are handled under its written agreement rather than silently changing that agreement through this page. If you have questions about a project, ask before accepting a proposal.
